About Us

Approximately 19 years ago in 1986, Chris Ryan entered into the world of real estate. Five years ago, along with his wife Andrea opened their own real estate office, known as Ryan Realty Group. As time passed and Chris looked to expand into several different markets his vision grew and the company expanded. Two more offices were opened under Ryan Realty Group, one in Carteret, NJ and another in Sayreville, NJ.

As of January 2005 Chris decided to take his real estate company one step further and Ryan Realty Group became independently owned and operated as CENTURY 21 Ryan Realty Group.

As of September 15, 2005 CENTURY 21 Ryan Realty Group acquired the office building at 352 AppleGarth Road which formerly housed the ERA Allen & Stults Real Estate Agency. All former ERA agents and broker, Jerry Andriessen, have now joined the CENTURY 21 Ryan Realty Group firm. The Monroe office will increase our ability to provide the utmost, superior service specializing in residential Sales, Adult Community Sales, Residential Resale, New Construction and Commercial Properties Sales.

Chris Ryan started selling real estate 23 years ago. In his career Chris has sold over 1000 homes. Recently, Chris sold his company Century 21 Ryan Realty Group to Century 21 Worden & Green. Chris says, "In today's market both buyers and sellers need an agent like myself to focus 100% on helping these buyers and sellers in these market conditions."
